Maureen has had a career in sales and marketing in Canada and the United States working for 3 large consumer packaged goods companies, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Coke Canada. Her experience in building teams, exceeding sales targets, developing brand strategies and customer plans has helped her see that the most successful teams are connected teams. She is a passionate advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion and understands that facilitating authentic human connection is the key to unlocking a happier, more productive and engaged workforce.
Maureen is a Western University graduate, wife and mother who loves tennis, cycling, travel and people! An Albertan at heart who has lived in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, Chicago, Nashville, Charlotte and currently resides in Toronto. The GenWell Project ‘gets it’ and Maureen is honoured to support the team on their mission of creating a more socially connected work force and world.
