She currently works at Sephora, where she has learned valuable skills such as how to increase brand loyalty and reinforce a strong positive brand image, leading to her location having the highest conversion rates for the rewards program. Prior to attending school, Monika worked as an online customer service consultant, where she learned about the importance of social health and connecting with people face-to-face.
